AGENCY BASICS
A safe start, in five choices

        
    
          
  1. Start with the information.Use Public for material anyone can find online; Private for non-public work or linked services; Confidential for personal, customer and sensitive internal information. If you are unsure, choose the higher level.

  2. Pick the model route once.Open Settings → Models to select the account for each privacy level. ChatGPT Business is the cloud option. Your operator may make local Gemma4 through Ollama available; it appears only when it is ready. Agency never changes to an unselected account because a model has a problem.

  3. Connect only the accounts you need.Open Settings → Accounts, sign in with the provider’s normal page, then return here. Agency keeps credentials out of messages and does not show them again.

  4. Add your Brain deliberately.Open Settings → Brain to connect or import the notes PA and Agency may use. Check its assignment before relying on it; a Brain is not shared with other people by default.

  5. Keep the final say.Agency can prepare work, but sending, publishing, spending, or releasing something to another person waits for your single-use approval. Review the exact action before you approve it.

If something needs attention
Sign-in or account issue: open Accounts, sign in again, then retry. Model unavailable: retry later or ask the operator to check the selected route. Brain or file issue: check the connection or choose the file again; unclear files stay Confidential. Work paused for approval: review and approve or decline it in the conversation.
